Yes, that is a big problem. Mostly, the good players like Davor Sukar, Marco Vorbeck or Remi Gaillard getting older, retire or they have enough money so they don't have to play anymore.
And the pressure to succeed is very high in soccer, no doubt.
The son of a workmate had played some month at the well-known football club Dynamo Dresden (Juniors), but it was to hard an also with the freetime etc. so he quits the team and plays now for its old football-team.
