Das sehe ich anders.

Im Umkehrschluss würde das bedeuten, dass das Direktorium auch Kontinente abschaffen dürfte. Und das kann es nicht sein.

Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn man einen neuen Kontinent schaffen will. Aber ich habe was dagegen, wenn das von oben bestimmt wird!
